Q: What technology do you use?

We use Astro (a modern static site generator) with TailwindCSS, deployed to Cloudflare’s global CDN. This produces the fastest possible pages with zero unnecessary JavaScript.

Q: Do you use WordPress?

No. WordPress sites with page builders are typically slow, bloated, and difficult to optimise for SEO. We build from clean code for maximum speed and Google performance.

Q: How long does a website rebuild take?

Most rebuilds are completed within 5-10 business days. Complex sites with hundreds of pages may take longer. We’ll give you a timeline before we start.

Q: Will I lose my Google rankings if you rebuild my site?

No. We map every existing URL and set up 301 redirects so Google transfers your existing rankings to the new site. URL preservation is a core part of every rebuild.

Q: What’s included in your ongoing SEO service?

On our standard and premium packages, every month: full technical SEO re-audit, ranking position report, live site changes, content recommendations, algorithm update response, and a plain-English summary of everything we did.

Our entry-level small-business package is reported quarterly rather than monthly, and does not include keyword rank tracking or backlink monitoring, Domain Authority building, citation submissions, copywriting or ongoing content production, conversion-rate optimisation, or paid advertising management. Those are available on the standard and premium packages or as separately quoted add-ons. You are told which package you are on, and exactly what it includes, before you sign.

Q: How much does it cost?

Q: Is there a lock-in contract?

Our service agreements run for an initial term of 12 months, then continue on a rolling month-to-month basis with 30 days notice either way. The initial term covers the website rebuild, migration, and technical SEO baseline we deliver up front, which is why the monthly fee is priced on the full 12 months rather than the first one.

Being straight with you about what that means: during those 12 months you cannot cancel for convenience. If you end it early anyway, the remaining months become payable as a debt. And because your site is a managed service rather than a handover, when the agreement ends your right to use the site ends with it - you keep your content, images, logos and your analytics and Search Console data, but the site, its source code and the delivery tooling stay with us. All of this is in the agreement in writing before you sign it. If a 12-month commitment is not right for you, tell us before you sign rather than after.

Q: Do you handle domain registration?

We can manage your domain through Cloudflare Registrar at cost (no markup). If you already have a domain registered elsewhere, we can work with your existing registrar.

Q: What about Google Ads / paid advertising?

We manage paid ads alongside SEO under one operator. Our Google Ads management service runs an intent-only methodology - daily search-term sweeps, append-only change log, conversion tracking verified end-to-end, and a competitor landing-page audit feeding into a CRO rewrite. Yes. Shopify SEO and product optimisation covers pre-launch and growth-stage Shopify stores - on-page (titles, meta, H1, schema), Product schema with proper SKU and aggregateRating wiring, FAQPage schema, llms.txt and explicit AI crawler allow rules, image optimisation, mobile Core Web Vitals, and Google Merchant Center feed setup. We use AI as a research and drafting tool, but every piece of content is reviewed, edited, and enhanced by our team. The result is content that’s authoritative, accurate, and optimised for both humans and search engines.

Q: Do you work with businesses outside Melbourne?

Yes. While we’re based in Melbourne, we work with businesses across Australia. Our services are delivered entirely online via email.

Q: How do you communicate?

Email only. No phone calls, no sales pressure. You email us when you need something, and we respond within 1 business day. You also receive a regular written report with full transparency on all work performed - monthly on our standard and premium packages, quarterly on small business.
